CCW Classes & Training
DGL and DFT are now offering CCW classes for Madera County residents. CCW classes for initial and renewal CCW applicants and will be held on the 3rd Sunday of every month. Class starts @ 9 am. and will last until approx. 3 pm. Prices at this time: Initial CCW Class – $95.00, Renewal CCW Class – $75.00. Class is limited to size of 14 so please go to: www.dftraining.com Fill out the application or download an application and fax it to DFT @ (559) 292-2289 to reserve a seat or call DGL @ (559) 479-8188 for more info.. Note.. You do not have to submit to the background check on the DFT application.
The classes are held by Firearms Expert, Trainer and Head Range-Master Rudy Waldinger and his highly trained professional staff. You will receive professional training in basic gun safety, firearms law, gun handling and defensive marksmanship. For more info go to: www.dftraining.com
Please remember to bring: Eye and ear protection plus a brimmed hat, firearms you wish to qualify with (pistol, revolver or both), minimum of 50 rounds of ammo per gun(if shooting a pistol and a revolver). and a holster if you have one, and a desire to learn. Note: lunch is not offered so please if you want, bring a lunch .
